    How many bundles do I need?

    This does not apply to wigs

    The number of bundles needed generally depends on the lengths purchased and desired volume. Please note that our extensions are always measured when pulled straightplace the measuring tape below the weft to properly measure your wefts

    12"-20": 2 or more bundles required.
    20"-26": 3 or more bundles required.
    26"-34":4 or more bundles required

    For curly bundles, the hair is super full; 3 bundles gives you a thick, full head.

    How long does NS HAIR really last

    With proper care, all of our hair—across every collection—can last 3+ years, and up to 5+ years for our NS Elite Collection. This is an investment that pays off in wear after wear.

    Absolutely. Our hair is raw and chemical-free, meaning it can be dyed, bleached, or heat-styled just like your natural hair. We always recommend using a professional for color treatments to preserve quality.

    Order did not arrive , and owner was not very responsive and could not provide me a refund or a partial refund for the items i did not receive . Not even a reorder for the items was suggested . Never again will I buy from this company. And if it’s important like birthday hair don’t purchase go somewhere else .
    Also hair is not on hand comes straight from china from the vendor which takes longer to get to you .

    I want to clarify that your order was processed within 24 hours and shipped out promptly, arriving within four days much faster than the industry standard. The address you provided at checkout was correct, and FedEx tracking shows it was delivered. Unfortunately, FedEx placed it in the wrong location, which is beyond my control.

    As soon as you contacted me, I reached out to FedEx, and we both filed claims. I also requested that you contact me directly via my business phone so your message would be prioritized over the many emails I receive daily. This was to ensure faster communication and resolution.

    While this situation was caused by the carrier and not my business, I still issued you a full refund. I take pride in my business, my customers, and the hair industry, and I am constantly working to improve processes including working on holding more inventory in-house.

    I value every customer and appreciate feedback, but I also stand by the integrity of my brand. My goal is always to deliver quality products and service, and I will continue to serve customers who value and support small Black-owned businesses.
