At NS HAIR, we pride ourselves on delivering premium textured extensions with speed, care, and transparency. Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing, shipping times, and what to expect when you place your order.

✨ Processing Time

Every order requires 2 business days for processing.
This gives us time to

  • Verify your order
  • Perform a quality check
  • Begin preparing your bundles or wig unit for shipping

Please note: orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Time by Collection

We ship both domestically and internationally. All orders include tracking and are shipped via FedEx (U.S.) and DHL (international).

✨ NS Elite Collection orders are pre-washed and made-to-order, which is why they take a little longer to ship. Trust us—it’s worth the wait.

🌍 International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide!
We currently offer international shipping on our Essentials and Elite collections only.

💸 Flat Rate: $8
(Yes… just $8. We worked out a deal with our vendors. You’re welcome.)

🛍️ What to Expect After You Order

  1. Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation within minutes of ordering.
  2. Processing: Give us 2 business days to prepare your order.
  3. Tracking Info: Once shipped, we’ll send your tracking number via email.
  4. Delivery: You’ll receive your hair in a beautiful, secure package—ready to install.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical address at checkout.
  • Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancel it—please double-check all details before confirming.
