    How to care for your NS HAIR

    Mist with water → add leave-in conditioner → seal with a hair lotion.

    Dry hair = tangling. Moisture brings it back.

    2. DETANGLE GENTLY

    Always detangle damp hair.

    Start from the ends and work your way up.

    3. IF IT MATS — DON’T PANIC

    Section it, add water + leave-in, and comb through.

    This hair bounces back.

    The Kalu Koil 13x6 Frontal Wig combines premium virgin Kalu Koil hair with 13x6 HD lace for a wider hairline, deeper parting and greater styling freedom. The 4B–4C texture is soft, naturally full and designed to look like it belongs to you.

    Choose your hairline

    Essential Factory Hairline — Included: Standard factory hairline with unbleached knots. Arrives unwashed and unstyled, ready for you or your stylist to customize.

    Custom Frontal Ventilation by Nnenna-Simone — +$500: The full frontal hairline is ventilated by hand using the same Kalu Koil texture as your unit. Includes professional washing, curl definition, trimming and light styling. Knot bleaching is not included. Please allow 14–21 business days before shipping.

    Processing

    Standard units require 7–10 business days. Custom Frontal Ventilation requires 14–21 business days. Processing does not include delivery time. Orders cannot be canceled or modified after purchase.

    Care

    Never detangle the hair dry. Saturate with water and conditioner, detangle from the ends upward, and cleanse with sulfate-free shampoo. Hand-ventilated edges are delicate and require gentle handling, light product, minimal brushing and no excessive tension.

    Color & heat

    The hair may be professionally colored and straightened. Lifting tightly coiled hair to 613 is not recommended because it can loosen the curl pattern, cause dryness and reduce longevity. Always use heat protectant and moderate heat.

    Final-sale policy

    Made-to-order units are final sale. Exchanges may be approved only in limited circumstances. Returns are accepted only if NS Hair made an error or the item arrived defective; eligible hair must remain unworn, unwashed, uncut, uncolored and unaltered.
